A sonic imagining of the journey taken by a raindrop as it travels along Scotland's waterways.

WATER MUSIC source to sea combines music by classical and folk composers, field recordings and bold photography to immerse audiences in one of Scotland's most iconic natural resources.

New commissions by Lisa Robertson, Stuart MacRae, Mairearad Green, Alex South and Timothy Cooper feature alongside music by J. S Bach, David Fennessy, Alastair Savage and Chris Stout. Full programme details here.

Workshops

Throughout February live online music workshops will be delivered in up to 20 primary schools down the length of the River Tay between Loch Tay and The Carse.

 

With an aim to promote learning and engagement with the local River Tay, it's natural features and environmental challenges through interactive musical activities.
